’67 was an absolutely amazing year for music in rock’s rich history. The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Cream, Aretha Franklin, The Rolling Stones, the Velvet Underground, Van Morrison, Bob Dylan, and Jefferson Airplane, all released important albums. 1967 should go down in history, if for The Beatles’ Sgt. Peppers alone.
